The Role
We are hiring a Vice President of Product to lead product execution. This is a high-ownership, delivery-focused leadership role. You are not responsible for inventing the company’s vision from scratch. We have strong internal conviction, deep industry expertise, and clear direction on what needs to be built. You’ll know how to organize, sequence, and deliver, ensuring we build what we commit to, when we commit to it, without losing sight of platform health, customer impact, or business outcomes. This role owns the end-to-end product function, including product management, product operations, and product execution across multiple product lines. You will work closely with Engineering, CX, Sales, and Operations to keep priorities clear, tradeoffs explicit, and teams moving forward.

What You’ll Do

Product Leadership & Accountability

• Own product delivery across all RocketRez product lines, including the core platform and new initiatives
• Translate company strategy and leadership direction into clear, executable roadmaps
• Be accountable for delivery timelines, scope discipline, and product outcomes
• Ensure commitments made to customers and the business are realistic and met

Execution & Delivery Excellence

• Build and maintain strong product planning, prioritization, and release structure.
• Balance competing demands: new features, tech debt, customer asks, bug fixes, and platform stability
• Partner tightly with Engineering Leadership to manage capacity, sequencing, and delivery risk
• Drive launch readiness and post-launch follow-through, not just feature completion

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product team
• Set clear expectations around ownership, execution quality, and accountability
• Be a steady, pragmatic product voice within the leadership team

Multi-Product & Platform Management

• Oversee multiple concurrent product streams without losing focus or momentum
• Make thoughtful tradeoffs between short-term customer needs and long-term platform health
• Ensure product decisions support scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency

Product Operations & Process

• Establish and evolve product management processes that support scale without unnecessary bureaucracy
• Create clarity around prioritization frameworks, roadmap communication, and decision-making
• Improve cross-functional collaboration so teams are aligned around outcomes, not just inputs

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years in senior product leadership roles
• Proven success in shipping and scaling B2B SaaS products in growth-stage environments
• Strong execution mindset with a track record of delivering complex product roadmaps on time
• Experience managing multiple product lines or initiatives simultaneously
• Comfort making tradeoffs across tech debt, customer needs, and business priorities
• Deep experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, CX, Sales, and Operations
• Ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex problem spaces
• Experience in vertical SaaS, marketplaces, or operationally complex industries is a strong plus
• Experience working with distributed teams preferred
