Our candidates vary in years of career experience, but they all have a track record of professional achievement. The vast majority of our candidates possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in a STEM discipline. Please refer to this link for a complete listing of the key roles we fill.
There is no financial obligation to try our service, and companies only pay if they decide to hire a candidate from our network. There is one time fee associated with the candidates first year annual salary for direct hire/permanent placement. Consulting/Contract/Temp placement will be based on the candidates hourly billing rate.
Many of the members of our talent network come to us through referrals, and word of mouth. We also use state of the art recruitment tools to attract and maintain strong relationships with technical talent.
We have successfully partnered with publicly traded companies and privately held companies running from 10 employees to 10k employees. Due to our delicate on boarding client process we are able to cater to a wide assortment of company sizes
