We are seeking a Head of Product who is passionate about leading and building products that our users love. As Head of Product, you will own the vision and strategy for our full product suite and manage the product and feature development process. This position will require you to architect solutions and features that affect tens of thousands of users daily.

The ideal candidate will be able to set the product strategy based on an in-depth understanding of our customer, lead and mentor our product management team, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Experience, Growth and Leadership to develop and execute on a clear vision for our product. This role will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic product direction, defining and articulating new opportunities, and working in close concert with executive leadership, our technology team, and various other departments

  • Develop and evangelize overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with both company and technology architecture objectives

  • Implement an effective and scalable product management operating model, including organization design, core processes, tools, and measurable KPIs

  • Facilitate team discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the product team. Develop individual team members to further
    their product, technical, business, and professional skills to advance the product roadmap

  • Willingness and ability to be a ‘player-coach’; when necessary, directly perform product
    management work that advances deliverables

  • Set team and individual goals and drive accountability around those goals

  • Act as change champion and own the adoption of evolving product processes

  • Work closely with CTO and engineering team to improve scrums, weekly planning, and review meetings to monitor progress against key deliverables and goals

  • Evolve our suite of tools and platforms to optimize efficiency and performance

  • Provide visibility into platform and product viability through well-chosen metrics and
    concise status reporting

  • Recruit and continuously develop top talent
     

Experience

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a portfolio demonstrating the delivery of high quality and impactful products

  • 5+ years of product leadership experience at the Director level or above

  • Proven track record of driving teams to results while navigating a fast-changing environment
    within a rapidly scaling company

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to motivate, support, and influence
    with and without direct authority

  • Product domain expertise spanning the customer discovery, planning, and product development
    process; deep understanding of customer-centric product practices; ability to mentor and
    develop expertise in others

  • Experience shaping Agile processes to the unique needs of a company

  • Skilled communicator. Comfortable discussing highly technical concepts with technical and non-
    technical team members alike. Honest and thoughtful communication with your peers and your
    reports

  • Demonstrated success in developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex product or
    suite of products

  • Experience working across teams and functions to develop go-to-market strategy and drive
    launches for our products

  • Demonstrated ability to master a domain’s competitive landscape, and using that mastery to
    drive the overall product strategy

  • Proficiency in defining key success metrics for product initiatives

  • Saas Expertise: deep understanding of the core components of a successful SaaS business

  • Experience in Real Estate / Real Estate Technology a plus

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 and is a rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid part of a competitive total benefits, and long-term incentive pay.  Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at a minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Compensation

$210 - $250k
