We are seeking a process-driven professional to lead our Timecard Operations (TCO) team. This management role is critical in supporting the timecard processes for over 1,300 field employees and is integral in driving operational excellence as a member of management team. The TCO Operations Manager will report directly to the senior operations leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide initiatives.
Essential Functions of the Job
• Manage, coach, and lead a team of full-time and part-time timecard analysts responsible for time entry, auditing for accuracy and compliance, and analyzing timecards.
• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training and communications to field employees regarding timecard processes and adoption of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) timekeeping.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture through clear
communication, training, and performance development.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and operational success.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve timecard processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop and implement scalable process
improvements with internal and external constituents.
• Identify and collaborate with stakeholders to solutions to enhance systems, technology, and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with managers and other departments to support company growth initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support general operations as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of four years of relevant work experience in payroll, billing, timekeeping operations, and a year of supervisory experience required. A secondary education degree in a related field preferred, but not required, and may be substituted for two years of work experience.
• Work experience in basic medical billing is preferred. Familiarity with electronic visit verification (EVV) systems and their administration is highly preferred.
• Working familiarity with federal, state, department of labor and Department of Human Services community based program rules, requirements, and policies.
• Highly motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willing to take on tasks at all levels of operations with a hands-on approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fast learner with the ability to understand industry-specific payment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly,
professional demeanor.
• Ability to develop and deliver training courses that meet the needs of a variety of audiences with different learning styles.
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to speak fluent Hmong is highly preferred but not required.
