ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking to fill the Strategic Projects Associate role to help drive the rapid growth of a new product line—one of the company's top strategic priorities. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes from scratch, loves solving ambiguous problems, and wants to see the immediate impact (both from a financial and mission lens) of their work.
You will work directly with senior leadership to accelerate adoption of the new product line (MAP) by building outbound and inbound processes, coordinating large-scale campaigns, designing performance systems, and collaborating with external partners to expand awareness. This role blends strategy, operations, analytics, and program execution, with significant autonomy, visibility, and opportunities for growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO DO
Drive New Product Line Growth
- Build and manage the full outreach funnel—from initial contact through conversion
- Analyze outreach and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test solutions, and recommend process improvements
- Create messaging frameworks that make the product offering simple and accessible for customers and families; Develop multilingual education materials
- Plan and execute events and workshops to build awareness and engagement
- Track and interpret event-level data (attendance, engagement, post-event conversion)
- Provide weekly leadership insights on progress, blockers, and opportunities
- Collaborate with external partners to co-host or co-sponsor events
Design Performance Targets & Incentive Systems
- Direct internal teams on weekly outreach priorities; track follow-up and ensure consistency and productivity
- Develop performance metrics, goals, and targets for internal teams
- Create incentive structures and payout mechanisms aligned with company goals
- Build clear, accurate tracking tools to monitor performance and payouts
- Maintain ongoing visibility into performance to drive accountability
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, strategy/ops, or high-growth startup operations
- Experience with outbound or inbound campaign operations strongly preferred
- Ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality work under time pressure
- Proven ability to build genuine relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

LOCATION
Flushing, New York (~30-45 minutes from Manhattan). In-person 4 days/week.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $110,000 per year. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This is in addition to a discretionary bonus, full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
