Direct Hire

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

As the Senior Product Manager, you will champion the needs of developers and customers alike to develop the roadmap, vision, and priorities for our ecosystem. We are looking for someone who has spent several years in SaaS Product Management focusing on developer products and integrations. You will drive measurable impact by enabling a thriving ecosystem of tools and integrations to allow our product to plug-n-play with other services within our customers environment. Using qualitative and quantitative insights, you will define and deliver innovative developer-facing products, including tools to build, test, debug, and monitor the health of the integrations. You will work alongside sales, marketing, and other product teams and collaborate with our SaaS partners to deliver engaging integrated experiences for end users. You will also work with engineering and operational stakeholders to ensure the developer platform is easy to learn, easy to use, and is well documented.

Your day to day is…
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for the developer platform and partner integrations
  • Apply your understanding of developer and business audiences to drive a rich and thriving ecosystem of integrations, as well as customer adoption of those solutions.
  • Understand market and customer needs by closely working with Partners, Customers, User Research, Analytics, and Marketing
  • Define and continuously monitor, measure and report on key business and customer metrics
  • Prioritize opportunities, define requirements and execute cross-functionally (Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pricing, Legal, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to take features from concept to launch

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in Developer Platform and/or Enterprise space
  • 4+ years of B2B product experience in building technical products, APIs, sign-up onboarding, integrations, developer platform, etc.
  • Technical savviness. Can manifest in different ways: a computer science undergraduate degree, hands-on software engineering experience, or experiences building sophisticated software products side by side with engineers.
  • Attention to detail. The ability to obsess over every single part of the delivery process, anywhere in the world
  • Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions, so they don't become our users problems
  • Finger-tippiness with data. You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to demonstrate this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
  • Excellent customer presence and ability to communicate with executives

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $175,000 CAD per year. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This is in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
