As our Senior Product Manager you will steer the evolution of the digital marketplace and shape the future of on-demand staffing? You will lead the charge in building our dynamic marketplace strategy.

In a remote role that reports directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll harness your expertise to create roadmaps, collaborate with top-tier engineers, and infuse our offerings with your strategic vision. You'll fuse data with design, strategy with user experience, and vision with execution to craft solutions that resonate on a personal level.

• Inspire innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of the products and product features.

• Improve our products through your insights from data, market and customer research, and feedback.

• Challenge everyone (engineering, operations, design, and data analysts) to think boldly and creatively and funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans.

• Monitor and measure launched products and feed findings back into product development.

Your qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience

• Prior experience building a successful marketplace product through product transitions and integrations

• Prior experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

• Success developing product and marketing strategies, making sound recommendations to executive management

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 150,000to $ 200,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
