The Role:

Senior Product Designer; In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the user journey and leading our efforts to deliver exceptional user experiences. In addition to being an integral part of our design team, you will collaborate effectively with other teams, helping establish processes for seamless engagement and work with Design. Your expertise will contribute to shaping our brand story and naturally evangelizing our brand, fostering a sense of excitement and loyalty among our user base. A portfolio is required for consideration.

About the Role:

• Proactively discover company-level opportunities and help bring clarity and insight through high-fidelity prototypes and expert storytelling
• Work closely with Research, Product and Engineering to identify, plan, scope and execute end-to-end design solutions
• Work across the entire design organization to develop innovative patterns and systems that are durable, repeatable and set a new standard for craft across the company
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and key flows
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers
• Contribute to the visioning, sequencing, tactics, and execution of a multi-phased overhaul of the product
• Own, redefine, and ship key parts of the core product
• Mentor design peers and contribute to design team culture and rituals

About You:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design with a proven track record of success.
• Tenured experience with Figma is required.
• Ability to design projects across the entire product life cycle and multiple product launches.
• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems to build efficiency and shared understanding.
• Ability to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process across different client platforms.
• A deep understanding of customer problems to create elegant but practical solutions.
• Thorough knowledge and experience across various design approaches, methodologies and lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills.
• Initiative to identify problems and act on opportunities to improve the product offering.
• Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills across disciplines to drive change into products.

Salary: $135,000 - $225,000
