Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our People Operations team and deliver high-impact people programs across our parent company and brands. This role offers the opportunity to establish effective operational rhythms, advance key organizational initiatives, and support seamless communication across the org. You’ll work closely at the parent company level and with brand executives to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to strategic people operations projects that support and shape our high-growth organization.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations Rhythms

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical people ops rhythms to support senior brand, functional, and executive leadership (e.g., 360-degree feedback, employee satisfaction survey collection, performance evaluations, executive onboarding, leadership training)

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes

Support our communication strategy by ensuring key information, updates, and feedback flow effectively between our parent company and its brands
High-Impact Initiatives

Partner with Chief of Staff and Head of People Operations to scope, plan, and deliver high-impact initiatives that strengthen people operations support for our parent company and its brands (e.g., implementing consistent org-wide department mapping or title leveling, launching a new touchpoint to foster brand leader collaboration).

Support brands with critical people needs (e.g., partner with a band leader to develop and facilitate a director-level hiring workshop, support executive-level hiring efforts)
Organizational Pulse and Strategy

Monitor organizational communication effectiveness and people initiative impact

Partner with leadership to set and execute our people operations roadmap in 2026 and beyond
Required Qualifications
Professional Experience
-
1-3 years of experience in management consulting with top-tier consulting firms

Demonstrated experience managing people-focused projects or organizational initiatives

Previous exposure to HR operations, organizational development, or change management preferred
Educational Background

Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong academic performance

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Leadership experience through athletics, significant extracurricular activities, or student organizations

This role is based in California. The California pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to the applicant’s skills, work experience, knowledge, abilities, education, etc. Note that this range may not apply to employees based outside of California.
