We are considering all candidates based in the U.S. who can work remotely.

About the Job:

As an Enterprise Client Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for standardizing and transforming client data into a templated format, engaging/consulting with clients on regular calls, and working cross-functionally to create and prioritize configuration and setup of client systems. 

This is an associate-level position where you’ll make an immediate, tangible impact every day. You will be part of a result driven, detail oriented, and organized team, and will be responsible for building relationships and working with cross functional teams to solve complex problems.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Standardize and transform client data into templated format. 

  • Set simple to complex configurations during implementation, and have a strong understanding of configurable options.

  • Problem solve with customer and/or internal teams to find solutions to meet client needs/workflows.

  • Become a product and domain expert - from workflow and feature functionalities to main customer use cases.

  • Lead customer-facing calls and follow-up on post-call items such as developing product specs, product mockups, and training materials.

  • Execute the entire onboarding journey for clients from beginning to end, and deliver an onboarding experience that meets customer success metrics.

  • Meeting implementation timelines and scope.

  • Interface with the internal technical team to scope requests, implement new feature requests, and set up integrations.

  • Expected to regularly improve and refine the processes you are involved in.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience with data manipulation and standardization methods and tools. We utilize Trifacta and Excel/Power Query.

  • 2 years experience working with data transformation, software configuration/implementation, and integrations.

  • Being customer centric – enjoy solving real-world problems, advising clients, and going the extra mile to deliver great outcomes.

  • Great time-management and organization skills with attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and initiate appropriate follow-ups.

  • Experience working on multiple implementations at the same time and leading implementations from beginning to end. 

  • Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams - especially product, customer success, and engineering.

  • Hunger to learn, grow and perform - we are a small team, which means plenty of opportunities for you to own new responsibilities.

  • Advanced in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and G-Suite Docs .

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Required: Authorized to work in the US - unfortunately we are not able to sponsor work visas or transfers at this time.

Benefits include:

  • Compensation: In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
