Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Director of Demand Generation to build and lead our demand generation strategy and team. In this strategic leadership role, you'll develop our comprehensive demand generation function from the ground up, driving qualified leads and establishing our organization as a thought leader in AI infrastructure optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's global demand generation strategy aligned with revenue targets and business objectives
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing demand generation team
- Establish and own demand generation KPIs, reporting frameworks, and revenue attribution models
- Create and manage marketing budget with demonstrated ROI
- Architect sophisticated multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers
- Drive strategic partnerships with industry players to expand market reach
- Collaborate with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy and execution
- Oversee the messaging strategy for our key value propositions
- Develop and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B demand generation experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling demand generation programs that deliver significant revenue
- Experience building and leading marketing teams in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and technical solution selling
- Demonstrated success with demand generation in SaaS business
- Data-driven approach with experience establishing marketing analytics frameworks
- Strategic thinking with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology marketing
- Deep knowledge of the machine learning/AI ecosystem and infrastructure landscape
- Experience marketing complex technical solutions to CIOs, CTOs, and technical decision-makers
- International marketing experience
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
