Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with strong digital expertise to lead our marketing initiatives. This role will drive growth through innovative digital campaigns, optimize our online presence, and help position FriendliAI as a leader in the AI tools and infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display platforms
- Own our SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and website traffic
- Drive email marketing initiatives with a focus on lead generation and nurturing
- Create and optimize landing pages and digital assets to maximize conversion
- Manage content calendar and digital content distribution across channels
- Track, analyze, and report on all digital marketing performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure consistent positioning and messaging
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement innovative approaches
- Manage digital marketing budget and optimize for ROI
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record running successful digital campaigns and driving measurable results
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- B2B SaaS or tech industry experience preferred
- Experience marketing to developer audiences is a plus

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
