Role Overview
We are seeking a Developer Relations Manager to build and lead our developer community engagement strategy. This role will serve as the bridge between us and our developer community, creating meaningful connections through events, content, and technical advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a comprehensive developer relations strategy aligned with company goals
  • Lead organization of developer-focused events including hackathons, meetups, and workshops
  • Create and oversee production of high-quality technical content for our blog and documentation
  • Develop engaging social media content highlighting our technology and community
  • Build relationships with key developer communities and technology influencers
  • Gather developer feedback to inform product roadmap and improvements
  • Represent our organization at industry conferences and developer events
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or technical community management
  • Demonstrated success organizing technical events such as hackathons and developer meetups
  • Strong technical writing skills with a portfolio of technical blog posts or documentation
  • Experience creating developer-focused content for social media platforms
  • Technical background, hands on programming experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences
  • Experience with GenAI technologies preferred

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 per year. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
