Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented contributor to source, engage, and close new business within our private family services market. The Client Partnerships Lead will report to the Director of Client Partnerships and will be responsible for full-cycle sales (prospecting, qualifying, and closing new clients, as well as developing account expansion opportunities). The Client Partnerships Lead is expected to drive measurable revenue growth, cultivate relationships with decision-makers, and help build our market presence in this core channel. This individual will play a critical role in achieving our aggressive growth targets and deepening our footprint within the trust market segment.
What you will do:

Drive new revenue by qualifying potential new clients, articulating our value proposition, and subsequently onboarding new clients

Proactively source prospects through cold outreach, conference attendance, and leveraging existing relationships

Manage and coordinate complex sales processes, engaging executive-level stakeholders to accelerate decision-making

Represent our organization at conferences (occasional out-of-state travel required), cultivating industry partnerships and prospect relationships

Assist with other growth-adjacent initiatives and projects as needed

Maintain good records of outreach and interactions with clients within the CRM and other internal databases

Work cross-functionally as a good team player to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients

Partner with the Director of Client Partnerships to develop and execute an account expansion strategy within enterprise accounts
What we are looking for:

2–4 years of experience, with a strong record of delivering high-quality results in academic, professional, athletic, or personal pursuits

Strong GPA (3.5+) with significant extracurricular involvement (e.g., athletics, student government)

Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence to build trust with clients and partners

Resilient, competitive, and motivated to overcome barriers to success

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Collaborative, team-first mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
This role is based in California. The California pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to the applicant’s skills, work experience, knowledge, abilities, education, etc. Note that this range may not apply to employees based outside of California.
