Role Summary: 

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is looking for a driven, full-cycle strategic seller that is eager to source and win new business. The role reports directly into the CRO. You will be responsible for sourcing, selling and closing new business in our enterprise markets (national and regional banks) and the growing family office market (multi and single family offices). 

What you’ll do: 

  •  Drive new revenue  by closing new businesses and logos 

    • Source and engage new business through cold outreach, conference attendance and brokering existing relationships 

    •  Qualify, persuade, and close new business 

    • Quarterback deals and marshall executive-level support within large financial institutions to deliver new business in a time-effective manner 

    • Engage prospects and cultivate industry partnerships at conferences and family office events

    • Consistently source new business to build sales pipeline 

  • Develop go-to-market motion and playbook alongside CRO in rapidly growing family office market 
  • Develop account expansion motion and playbook alongside CRO within enterprise accounts in our core market 

What you’ll need to have: 

  • An innate desire to win, and will to push through barriers to deliver results 

  • Desire to learn and grow into a strong revenue-oriented executive 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  •   Has 2 to 4 years of experience 

  •  Strong GPA alongside significant extracurriculars (e.g., athletics) 

  • Proven record of delivering high-quality results in previous endeavors (in an academic, personal, athletic or professional environments)
