We’re looking for a Head of Product to envision the future of our client as we evolve from a provider of e-commerce analytics to the first global commerce platform using predictive intelligence to anticipate, activate and automate our client’s next best action to drive profitable growth. 

Our technology monitors 70 million products daily, across 900 retailers and 50 countries, helping over 4,000 leading brands optimize search placement, product content, pricing, stock availability, reviews and more. News outlets, including Good Morning America, The Wall Street Journal and Ad Age frequently cite and trust our company as a source of data for their stories. 

Our product portfolio consists:

  1. Digital Shelf analytics: collect, parse and synthesize 70mm products from over 900 retailers in 50 countries every day delivered in an an app to over 4k brands

  2. Amazon S&S: estimate sales and market share for 60mm million products every day using signals from Amazon’s vendor portal and collect from their website and applying data science and ML

  3. Content Optimization Suite: In early ‘23 we are launching a comprehensive suite to help brands optimize their content and search rankings in order to increase profitable growth. We launched two predictive intelligence products within this suite in Q3 and our charter program was over-subscribed.

  4. Shelf Intelligent Retail Media: recently launched phase I of ambitious plans to create a proprietary product and advertising intelligence layer integrated with industry leading advertising campaign platforms. 

This company is positioned extremely well in the marketplace as the only integrated insights driven commerce solution providing customers the flexibility to utilize SaaS, advisory or full service activation to drive profitable growth. 

The company was acquired earlier this year by a $13 billion global marketing services and technology company) as a standalone commerce division, infusing our business with significant product development resources and investment, while giving our employees an incredible stability.

What you’ll do:

  • As a member of the executive team, contribute significantly to the overall company vision and strategy

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the 20 person Product and Data Science team to champion strong product strategy and deliver outstanding business results

  • Oversee current product suite (customer facing and internal tools including AI/ML) while reimagining how the product can go from good to great including re-buidling the app from scratch.

  • Envision how we can transform our industry leading data collection business into a strategic moat by leveraging AI/ML to build suite of predictive intelligence solutions

  • Proven leader of 5-20 person product management organization in high growth businesses

  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through increasing market penetration, addressing new segments/markets, and launching new products/features.

  • Exceptional ability to partner with cross-functional leaders and operate across the executive team in order to drive successful outcomes.

  • Customer-centric leader with experience building enterprise grade products for non-technical users.

  • Track record leading, structuring and growing product teams while inspiring engineering teams in process

  • Entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to succeed -unafraid to roll-up sleeves, get it done and "lead from the front”.

  • Persuasive, effective, and inspirational communicator

  • Deep experience with data intensive vertical SaaS products
