VP OF TECHNOLOGY

MISSION

Drive technology transformation and standardization across our partner firms through implementation of scalable systems and data-driven solutions. This best-in-class leader will establish and optimize core operational platforms while building robust business intelligence capabilities to create exceptional efficiency across our residential windows and doors portfolio companies.

REQUIREMENTS

Systems Development and Implementation:

  • Build systems/processes to capture, organize, and leverage operational and financial data with particular focus on field service operations, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
  • Manage internal resources and IT-related partners/vendors. Develop project plans, specifications/scorecards, scopes, timelines, deliverables, quality assurance, and renewal of services to ensure best-in-class maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of systems across the org
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships for optimal fit and performance across all functions that support the business, e.g. field services, contact center, HRIS, ERP, etc. 
  • Ensure that the design, installation, planning, security, and maintenance of the company’s technology infrastructure to become an offensive tool, aligning it with the growth strategy and making it consistent with industry best practices, particularly towards legal/data/privacy compliance and risk management.
  • 99.9% uptime of all systems and tickets are solved within 12 hours on average, without material cyber incidents.
IT Strategic Initiatives and Budget:
  • Lead IT operational planning that ensures company goal attainment by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives by business impact, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of IT systems across the Company and its partner firms.
  • Develop, track, and executed the IT annual and long-range strategic plan on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with HoldCo and partner firm operating partners to identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive value through technology (e.g., automation, new vendors, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset by prioritizing technology initiatives that deliver tangible value to partner firms, enhancing experience while addressing their evolving needs and pain points.
  • Elevate the company's technology capabilities to become a key market differentiator, positioning the company as the property management provider of choice.

Team Excellence:

  • Build and manage a team of A-players Contractor & FTE “doers” supporting the firm’s IT and technology systems, ensuring 90%+ employee retention and satisfaction of A-Players.
Project Execution:
  • Develop & achieve 100% deployment of the company’s repeatable Technology and IT Environment playbooks.
  • Successfully lead and deploy the company Technology Integration Roadmap for all completed and future Partner Firm acquisitions, driving exceptional partner firm efficiency while ensuring seamless and expeditious vertical data, reporting, and system integrations post-close.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Create effective partnerships with management and IT teams across the organization. Enlist users and create raving fans of the company technology by consciously positioning the benefits of integration work.
  • Develop new user training with an emphasis on a ‘client service mindset’ to ensure a sterling reputation for the company regarding the ease of field service and IT system transitions.
