Our company seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. 

We are a leading open-source intelligence (OSINT) software and training provider, globally recognized for our pioneering SaaS product.  We develop OSINT capability to support national intelligence agencies, military, law enforcement, and Fortune 500 companies.

The Opportunity 

You’ll be the first U.S.-based member of the software development team, joining U.S.-based team members across ops, sales, and customer enablement.  As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and improve our software offerings, produce scalable and innovative software solutions, and manage the full software development lifecycle. This role reports to the Head of Development and Technology.

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect visionary software platforms from concept to deployment using emerging technologies

  • Design enduring, scalable system architectures to build our powerful OSINT ecosystem

  • Develop full-stack applications incorporating best-in-class web frameworks and APIs

  • Flex your polyglot skills across JavaScript, PHP, Python, Golang, and more

  • Implement robust testing, security, and data protection protocols

  • Collaborate with elite intelligence analysts to continuously enhance our offerings

  • Support our ambitious growth through customer engagements and strategic initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of extensive full-stack software development experience

  • Mastery of JavaScript, PHP, and the ability to rapidly adapt to new languages

  • Expertise in designing and developing high-performance, secure architectures

  • Strong problem-solving skills and flexible, solutions mindset 

  • Proven ability to execute while working independently

  • The passion and drive to stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies, continuously learn, and push the boundaries of what's possible

  • Track record of thriving in a startup environment preferred

Work Environment

This is a west coast, U.S.-based role in a global, remote-first work environment. This role carries an expectation of ability to travel occasionally (once annually) to Australia.

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $130,000 to $ 170,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
